Ed: Thanks. I hope to practice butchering and, making under-splash guards for various shapes of saddles. This is personal use, not commercial. Although, if I achieve useable patterns for the splash guards, I would send them to any CR lister by request.
So, "Genuine Junque" is just the ticket. Lack the confidence to take a knife to a good and usable leather saddle. If you wish to send it along, that would be very kind indeed.
