Down to the real nitty gritty stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone is trying to HIJACK OUR CUSTOMERS, His goes by the name of...........'' kric! '' He is contacting our customers directly and stating that the certain item, current listed item is no more and ''HE CAN SUPPLY ANOTHER TYPE!''
Finally we have a lead. We've been dealing with customers with undelivered goods, so to say we've trying to figure out what in the hell is going on. Good thing and just recently a customer sent me an mail from this '' Kric ''.......................GUY! I'm sure that most of you would't fall for this scam.............But if you have received an email from this '' kirc !'' person concerning our Renaissance-cycles auctions..................Do let us know!.....Guys like this is one reason why our customer service is hurting.......We're spending way to much time in trying to solve missing package problems or wrongly sent goods............But! Many times we didn't send anything because this customer didn't follow through!...........He or she ended up paying some other person!
It goes like this, Baron where's this and that package I don't see it on my log!..........Of out-going packages! Hey! I never received a pick slip?? This of course is after receiving an email from an unhappy customer. It's only one here and there! But it adds up!................Then it starts from there, going back into the records and so on! Back and fourth, back and fourth!....Lots of lost time that could be spent with getting the goods to thoughs who are truely in need.
Anybody knows of this ''kric DUDE!'' let me now.................I want this guy and I want him ''BAD!''
