Subject: [CR]For sale and trade: Rare early Hetchins 1936 & 1937

For trade and not sale: I've got 15 Hetchins in my troup and a bit over run with one model, Anglo Continentals. I currently have both the first and second oldest surviving Anglo Continentals, from 1937 and 1938, plus an all chrome 1938 Anglo Continental Special, which may be one of only two produced or surviving. The 38 Continental is being restored so I do not want to trade it, so I'm offering the 1937 Anglo frame and fork for trade, but only for another rare model which I may not have. As most every Hetchins without being rare seem to sell on Ebay for atleat $1000 on Ebay, I'm placing a minimum value on this frameset of about $1500 to $1800 due to it's age and status as the oldest surviving on the Hetchin's Register. If anyone has a rare model Hetchins, such as a Mass Start, Experto Crede Phase I, ladies Mixte, early Competition with cut out lugs, or early Vade Mecum I or other rare model I'd be interested in a trade. Jpgs will be available.

I also possess two Pre-war Brilliants, a 1935 which is the 5th oldest surviving Hetchins on the register, and a 1936 that as of a few years ago was the 7th oldest surviving Hetchins. The "36" needs restoration but is complete and I'm interested in selling it for $2500 or B/O or will consider trade for another rare pre-war Hetchins. Jpgs will be available. I'd rather sell it outright to raise funds to restore my 1939 Hetchins Trio.
