If you cannot find a partner to trade wing nuts, you can always take them to a machine shop and tap them out another mm or whatever it takes. It would probably be cheaper than 2 overseas postages. i'm guessing here that there can be no other difference between front and rear Huret wing nuts other than the size of the hole.
