Ted,
Frame set has all the tell tale signs (lugs, paint scheme and decal type) of being a standard PX10E from about 1975 or 1976. Nothing on the frame stands out to imply otherwise. Uncommon in blue, but not unheard of either.
Regarding the parts you listed in your prior post, many of them indicate PX-10LE but I suspect they were swapped over from another frame at some point. The LE always had Nervex Dubois lugs (simple short point lugs painted the same color as the rest of the frame) and came with Mafac Competitions and an Atax stem with Peugeot labels. The E came with Mafac Racers and AVA bar and stem. Both, up until 1977, came with Stronglight 93 cranksets so the Mod 49 on yours seems to also come from a donor bike.
Contrary to another listees post on the subject, it is my strong opinion and experience that Peugeot very rarely varied its components from model to model or year to year - they were indeed exceptionally consistent, even through the bike boom years; unlike Raleigh and other high volume manufacturers of the time.
