Okay, Let me put it another way: The Phil BB I rebuilt had not only the spindle to be pressed onto, but also the inner sleave to be pressed into. It was not easy to do, even with a good bench vise. The OMAs spindle was easy to tap the bearings onto useing a mallet and a socket from my socket set, not evn needing to use the bench
vise.
