My Ephgrave No.1 made in 1960 or 1961 (has lollipops and windows in the lugs) has the Campagnolo down tube shift lever clamp brazed on to the frame. The lower parts of the clamp have been cut off in nice "V" endings. The frame is all orignial paint...
