Campag didn't make the right part at the time. IIRC, Trek used black nylon stops that year that were made by a company called Diablo. This was on their 720 touring bike which had a "CR Dream" derailleur set--Ti Duopar rear, Simplex LJ front, and Suntour Bar Con shifters! Check some long-time Trek dEalers.
