Ab-so-lutely! Let's do a little demo here... Take this piece of strong but brittle wire and bend it back and forth a few times... Pong! Now we have two pieces of wire! Or head tube in your hand.... No question that the bike frame has been seriously damaged. IMO, its worth goes from 100% to 25% or less. This is the cruel reality.
