What about this currently manufactured steel Pegoretti with some nice lugwork? It also comes stock with wooden rims. My thinking on the value of classic bikes is that they do have a base value but this value will never be very high unless the bike is very rare. Value over the base value is nostalgia value dependent upon the individual buyer.
