As I recall, that's the REI "house" brand. To my knowledge, they are not highly regarded. Production built in Asia. They may still be using this name for their bike line.

I recently came across one. Japanese tubing, probably Japanese-built, lugged steel, nice clean work. Shimano equipment. I assume this was marketed or at least endorsed by US cycling star Sue Novara. Was this designed for female proportions like a Georgina Terry frame?
