Yes they did! I have a set of Legnano branded Record large-flange hubs,a set of Bianchi branded Sport small-flange hubs. I have seen a set of Maino branded hubs... there are others too.

Of course! I forgot about the Legnano-branded (and other) Record hubs. Duh.... My bad. Although, I would say that Campagnolo branded the hubs for Legnano, due to the volume they wanted to purchase, not that they "let" Legnano brand them. It only took a die insert to do it.
