May I suggest using the "ask seller a question" link on the Item you are bidding on before you place a bid. Just ask what shipping would be to Houston Tx. That would save you trouble after you have won the item and are not happy with terms. You could ask also " are the GP4 rims on that paramount original". I find the link useful on all the auctions I bid on.
