That number really looks like it ought to have a "W" in front of it, since is is otherwise exactly like a Worksop built frame number, in which case: W = Worksop S = 19th two week period of the year (A = weeks 1 & 2) 7 = 1977 or 1987 (I do not know if it is definitely one or the other) 000129 = 129th frame built in the period
