I have a 1982 Bianchi catalog, and the 'Specialissima' is not part of the lineup. Chuck's reference to the 1983 catalog also implies there was no 'Specialissima' model in Bianchi's lineup that year as well. So what year is this eBay Bianchi?

It does appear this Bianchi may have had more than the brakes replaced/upgraded, and I also doubt that Bianchi would have put GP-4s on their 'Top of Range' model. I concur with Mr. Schmidt (how are you feeling Chuck?).
