When youre done waxing on and off over bikes at the VR, come on up to SF and check out the Bicycle Film Festival. Good vintage films being shown, and some docs on Richard Sachs

The Bicycle Film Festival celebrates the bicycle, embracing all varied aspects of bicycling to advocate practical use as transportation. To do this we merged the worlds of Film, Art, Performance and Urban Lifestyle. This May in New York City opening night, we had to turn back over 200 people [I was one of them. --Jym]. The word is out. Bikes are hot and so is the FEST.
This October 7-9, we will expand the Fourth Annual Bicycle Film Festival to the great city of San Francisco. It will run three days and include a bicycle parade with AEOLIAN RIDE, bicycle film screenings, and nightly parties with world-class DJs.
All events will have bicycle valet parking.
