Brevard County (Cocoa Beach, Melbourne Beach -- home of the original Ten Speed Drive -- and the rest of the towns and villages) have lots of bike shops with beach cruisers, mountain bikes, and Ti/Al/CF racer bikes, but nothing that I have found that fits the CR parameters. Your 100 mile radius gets you easily into Daytona Beach and Orlando. Perhaps Lou Deeter and/or Jonathan Greene can give you some Orlando-area ideas. Brent Harrell used to be in Sanford, just north of Orlando, but I don't know if he is still there.

About 40 miles south of Cocoa Beach, in Palm Bay, I visited Dennis Kilfoy, former lead builder for Schwinn. He just finished a custom bike for a friend of mine with very long legs, but short torso and short arms and bad back. Dennis has perhaps a dozen old Paramounts in his dining room, garage, and attic, which he is happy to show. He has a web site with a telephone number.

I am about 25 miles southwest of Cocoa Beach and will be happy to hook up with you for a ride or beer while you are in town. Roads are still pretty littered with debris; four of us road down A1A from Melbourne Beach to Vero Beach last Sunday and three of us had punctures.
