The ross appears interesting. The build, flickstand, rack cover, and spenco
grips put it in the definite memory maker category from our heyday in Rossdom.
The seatstays are the area that so strongly suggest Japan or Taiwan.
There were some line-production tempered frames made in Allentown, but this
looks better indicating probable Asian origin.
If you part it out, I could use some of the mundane sub-entghusiast parts for
completing such time-line machines in my display/show/loaner arena.
