Yes, and even Mavic seems not to be able to agree on the spelling. The red diamond sticker on my rims say, "Montlhéry" (not strictly true, it's in all caps).
BTW, a google search for "Montlhéry" gets over 13,200 hits, the first of which is "Le site officiel de la ville de Montlhéry". A search for "Monthlery" gets 3780 hits, including "Monthlery map, city street map Monthlery"; so it appears even the French get creative about the spelling.
Another BTW, There used to be (still is?) a race track in Montlhéry where Formula One races were held in the early '50s. A google search finds that the 1952 Paris Grand Prix was held there, although it did not award World Championship points. Funny thing, in those days the Indy 500 did. :-)
