The crankarms are 5 pin but there are 6 bolts for the chainrings, yes? 115 mm ctc? If so, this sounds like the older TA adapter setup. I have a double ring adapter.. The doubles are often found with half step chainrings. Hilary had a single on ebay recently. I think it was for 1/8 x 1/2" chains. Maybe you have a triple?

The outer ring is marked, "DURAL FORGE GARANTIE LEGEOUR" around a TA emblem. The crankset is very pretty! The rings are 52/47/36 for a halfstep plus granny setup. > >Thanks for the help! >Paul Raley >Leonardtown MD > >David Feldman <feldmanbike@yahoo.com> wrote: > >
If the outer ring is indeed just like a Cyclotouriste, but with a bolt circle of 166mm,36 tooth minimum, this is almost certainly a Randonneur triple set, as mentioned by someone else. The Criterium set was similar, but with a 152mm bolt circle, for 43 tooth minimum.Note that the Criterium set was not the "adapteur" set, which is actually called Professional.
