Joe, You have a very nice early production bike! I'm no Masi expert nor do I play one on TV. I do have 7 of these fine machines and am familiar with the beast. .....here is my $.02
As for originality, one set of w/b mounts on the DT is good-any where else, not good. Recessed brake fittings no, brake cable and d-t shifter braze-ons no and no. The only braze ons should be the derailleur cable guides on the top of the BB and the derailleur cable stop on the chainstay. Oh and 1 set of water bottle mounts.
As for components it should be all Record/Nuovo Record date stamped 1973....steel pedals/knobby shifters/straight skewers etc. The 1973 grouppo's were used for several years since they started with an over abundance of groups. The rims should be Martano's 4 cross on small flange hubs. The rims are very hard to find...the lighter ones are around. The bar/stem/saddle would be TTT. Some/not all of the early bicycles had Masi pantographed stems, bars & seatposts. Baylis could tell you/me what the OEM tyres are-I don't know.
