Ooops. Perhaps I was not clear in citing the links to the Raleigh photos on the Old School site. Head lugs are not the Super Scroll of the International but simpler as on the Corsa Strada. International was cited for the headbadge. Seat stays "hairpin" shape around seat cluster looks like the Huffy Carlton on the CR /Carlton site; the Huffy on the far right. It's an International. You can actually link to a page with that bike on the CR web site, if you look up carlton. I have no idea why it has a raleigh badge on it, it should have a Carlton badge on it. Those lugs are very distinctive.
