No Drugs here in Germany, but the shipping was outsourced from the german postal service to DHL effectively doubling procedures/time. Shipping times vary greatly as well. Surface is 6-8 weeks to the US air two to three weeks. I´ve noticed that larger boxes tend to go faster than the small stuff, since they fill the transport containers faster, my guess. I remember someone asking why the list doesn´t start a mail service. That might help. Maybe as a NPO?
