If the address is incorrect (for example a wrong Zip code- according to USPS regions- which may or may not be accurate dus to new developments or roads) or spelled wrong (like Berkley CA instead of Berkeley CA) or the wrong contact phone number given (not that they ever call you), UPS will ding you $5-10 per address/ location. And they don't tell you- it is just buried in the bill at the end of the month. There is also a return to sender fee for around $10.00. And to use the UPS software (and Fedex does too) the sender is billed I think $75 a month, whether you send a package out or not.

Maybe we should start a bike parts freight shipping company. looks like there is money in it.......
