Neat! i want it! Hey, a month ago there were some 'Honest-to'Goodness' NOS Iron curtain funky derailleurs on Ebay.
I say honest because the Brand is the infamous 'POLYGRAPH' On a Lark (that, incidentally was a 70's model of a Shimano changer) I made the only bid, and it was just 5 Euros per set that included the levers and cable, but no FD-methinks because FD's might be tough to make. SRAM, White bros, and other makers avoided them.
These were originally described as Russian? but the box says Leipzig. I think that was in east Germany?
I have the two sets in boxes sealed. I believe that there were no bids is because these were way cheap imitations of the Super Record (and just as light) and they were in Germany. Well, i had a friend coming just six days after the auction ended and the seller was tough to pay otherwise. The levers are lighter than SR, as they have an aluminum clamp bad (probably quick release) even though there are cable stops on there.
These are worth a photo that i can email to someone who can get it put up for CR viewing.
