One of the recent postings regarding the grab bag contents listed Cliff Peters cleats. This reminded me of a question I've been meaning to ask.
I was recently visited by an old cycling buddy. He lives in Canada currently, but was born and raised in England. He was recounting stories of racing in the late 50's early 60's and mentioned that his first serious bike was a Cliff Peters. Anyone know of these bikes? I haven't been able to find any info on them.
I tried to get him interested in the list, since he was also a track racing official in Canada, but he is not particularly computer oriented. He claims to have pictures he took of some old UK racing greats. I'll keep working on him.
