Well, as a reference point, SJS Cycles in UK has NOS Randonneur bend GB bars with the same engravings at GBP 25 or about $US 45. I had bought some from them significantly cheaper, but they have raised the price, plus the $ has gone in the crapper, and I find $45 a bit too high to buy more. If the ones you are looking at are used, I'd think a reasonable proce would be considerably below $45.
