My '76 Prestige has the later "H style" seat stay caps, but still has the Fischer BB. Fork crown does not have "Masi" logo, and is "slot-cut" to resemble the double plate crown. Other than that, most other details are VERY similar.

My guess it that it is a VERY early Masi Prestige. All lugs and the crown are investment cast, the BB shell is still a Fischer sand cast. The seat stays are not caps by then (in Italy), they are plugs that are engraved. The "H" style caps come soom thereafter and are also IC, along with the BB shell eventually.
