Subject: [CR]PayPal's help when you are defrauded

My own experience is that if you are defrauded you cannot expect any help from PayPal in any matter at all. I had a non-E-Bay Hong Kong Video dealer just screw me to the wall and I even had E-Mails from him blatantly admitting it and yet PayPal would do nothing at all.
I now know much better how to deal with such matters. I always use a credit card, not my bank account for such transactions and the next time it happens I will have the credit card company deal with it. They all have zero loss policies and a heck of a lot more clout than any individual customer. When the credit card company has a dispute with someone like this, they just take the money and then the other person basically has to prove themselves innocent to get it back. PayPal kept telling me they were going to do whatever it took to make me a satisfied customer but they did absolutely nothing at all. Tom Sanders Lansing, Mi
