Several months ago Cyclo Network offered what they said was a warehouse find of over 100 copies at a Buy It Now of $35. I bought one and never heard from them again. Judging from feedback, at least a few buyers got their copies... but many more did not.
I would still like to find a copy if anyone out there has one. I'd even be willing to rent it (I will scan it and send it back).
