i'm trying to center my cobalto brakes...i picked up a 10/13 offset spanner wrench assuming that was the right size, but no joy.

i'm at the office right now ready to click "place-order" for the&nbsp;right wrench, but dont have the brakes handy to measure :-)

i'd appreciate it if someone would post the meaurement. TIA
