These were distributed by Cyclopedia out of Michigan.

I had one of those for a while, sold it to a Japanese collector for around $1200, though mine was a bit higher-end than that one (Campagnolo 3-piece hubs, TA cotterless cranks, very rare Hurét rear derailer.
