Try this: E=MC(sq.)

E=excellence

M=Maturity of design measured in years

C(sq.)=Collectabillity squared,as determined by what the bike hobby is willing to pay($) on ebay at the time for the item in question

excellence is an infinate number--butty ugly is always a zero.So just plug in the numbers--take the number of years a product has been around still being used(not the actual build age of each one but the design date) times the square of what you'd pay(money talks),the bigger the total the better it'll look to everone
