I always have a look for the items for sale on the list,sometimes I am amazed and what fetches high prices and dumbfounded by other quality items which are moderately priced and which deserve to command more. There are several items which fit the later criteria available. They are the Nervex Pro Armstrong. This is a real classic and should be snapped up. They where beautiful frames. Similarly the Bill Philbrook. Bill was one of our all time greats of frame building, ex Claud Butler and Gillotts. Finally the Holmes of Welling is worth inquiring after as they produced some wonderful stuff as well. Back in the 60's at Herne Hill and Crystal Palace Holmes along with Don Louis were really popular. No connection to any of the vendors.
