I agree, and the current campy Ergo lever hoods are still expensive. Cable sets too are many times more expensive than non campy versions, derailleur pulleys, brake pads, they are all premium price.

Question is, how many people are packing away these current campy replacement parts so I don't have to read about the price of them, 30 years from now?
