I'm the owner of the bike and here's what I know.

When I say "factory drilled", I am referring to the bike builders and not implying that it was done by Campagnolo.

I bought the bike from the original owner who says the crank arms (as scary as they are) came drilled. As well as all the other drilled parts except for the shifters, which I drilled. He also claims to have never changed the bar and stem. I believe this bike is earlier than the one in the catalog that Duane posted the link to. Maybe they had not gone to the TTT stuff yet? They used Cinelli on their other models so I don't think this is much of a stretch. As stated in the ebay ad, the wheelset has been changed. Although the original set has HF hubs. Not sure if they are Fiamme Yellow's or not. The labels are gone, but they were light weights and full of dings.

To Lou, the front hub port cover got moved during a quick buff before I shot the photos. Didn't catch it till later, and figured it would be fun for somebody to pick on anyway.

To Charles, if it does not sell I'll throw that horrible Pogliaghi rip-off frame in the trash and sell that gruppo to somebody with a more deserving artisan effort to hang it on. Seriously, I can't say I have tons of experience with vintage Italian frames, but I've been riding since the late 70's and have ridden good Cinelli's and a couple of the other "respected" brands bandied about on the list from time to time and to me this bike rides just as well.
