I purchased a Serotta frame at T-town this year. A very tall frame with the same descriptions you give except mine definatly has a Cinelli BB because it is marked as such. It has campy dropouts front and rear and the distinctive S on the seat stay caps. No transfers or decals of any kind and it is not repainted near as I can tell. It is red with yellow paint in the diamond cutouts in the lugs and the in the S. Strange thing is that is also has no serial number at all. I have looked everywhere and have stripped the bike down to the frame and fork. I was told is was early to mid 80s also but who knows.
