Harvey:
In 1938, Schwinn listed four colors for the Paramount. Red, white, blue, and black. However, I've never been able to authenticate one in anything but white. If there are any red, blue or black ones out there, they must be very scarce. I've got two 38's, and under some darn fool's spray-can repaint both were white. I'd sure like to find one in another color.
