I am almost certain that it is a combo of relief and letterpress making the image. Pretty neat. I think there is a cross team floating around this year sponsored by art by opsal. I am guessing that is the guy.

is a printmaker and thus the excitment. I anybody
interested in the (proposed) process let me know off
list, I was selling some posters she made awhile back
