The old CCW-2 (14/15/16) Park wrench will not work (I just tried it). I've never found any 16mm socket with a wall thin enough to work without resorting to grinding it. The only things that I know to work are the Zeus wrench that I got from BC ("banana-brain" on eBay, those auctions that JT mentioned are his...), and the Stronglight socket (just barely - a tight fit).
