there are scores of kof builders in europe.
masi, pegoretti, tommasinni, cinelli, grandis,
etc...they all do this kind of work in addition
to the market driven "stuff".

Since we've been discussing KOF builders and production shops creating Retro frames it occurs that most of the KOF builders are located in North America. I know of 2 KOF builders in the UK. Are there any KOF builders in Europe?
