Oops, I should have kept reading, sorry. Tom Hayes has the right of it. I do recall now that those Ohio Allegros had the graphics falling off them. So the one on ebay must have been detailed by someone like CyclArt. Still, the paint on it is original.
Thanks to Tom for clearing that up for me.
At least Mondia Specials of the period had a decent clearcoat...the Allegros didn't even have that, a lot of the time.
