No connection. Crescent wrenches were made by Crescent Tool Co. in Jamestown, NY, about 80 miles south of Buffalo and just across the state line from Warren, PA, where Iived for 6 years. I think the name is still around, but the operation left Jamestown at least a decade ago. Crescent bicycles are of course Swedish. I think there was a connection between a Swedish bike an a US bike company in the late 19th or early 20th century, but I'm not sure Crescent was the Swedish bike involved.

My brother has a very nice 70s vintage Crescent.
I can't help but wonder -- is this the "Crescent" of "Crescent wrench" fame?
