I am looking for advice on Dunlop Rims, my 1939 CCM Road Racer came equipped with a clincher Dunlop Rim labeled "Canadian Special" and I now need one rim to complete the bike. I would consider other recommendations if I am unable to find a source.

Is it true that Dunlop sold these stamped and unstamped? How long were they sold (how many decades?) and when did they stop being a good choice for top of the line bikes?

Additionally, I am considering the 26" Dunlop Endrick for my Claud Butler SWB Tandem. Are they any concerns I should have using this rim for tandem use ? What was original ? Should I consider another option that provides that vintage look ?

Appreciate any advice, I understand Dunlop made some excellent products and I would like to learn more.
