Methinks those wierd Campy sizes, 3.5, (reputedly 6.5, but now supposedly 7mm (a 7mm also fits well in my C-rec cranks too btw))are in fact available at my local hrdware store. Individual allen wrenches are on the shelf for 49 cents on up. A couple of weeks ago I picked up a 7mm, a 3.5mm, also a 4.5mm.......though I doubt I will EVER need the latter? Hell, when I bought them they were even on sale!! Probably because no-one had ever bought one before ;-)
