Subject: [CR]Ebay Fraud and Identity Theft, New Email address

Hi All:

To all of you who have ever bid on or purchased anything on Ebay from seller Velohaus.

My appologies to any of you bidding on the 1971 all chrome Paramount P13 I had listed on Ebay that the auction ended early, I will relist it soon.

This has been my account and I have sold many great things to people on and of this list. This week there was an "on line break" in that has caused me many hours of grief. Here is what happened: . first I got "Spoofed" then I was "Phished" with a series of 5 consecutive distinct and convincing emails claiming to be Ebay verifying my user info next my identity was stolen and account access denied then all my items for sale were delisded after, my email was heisted and later restricted. during my investigation into the matter I found another sellers blatant plagiarism of my ad copy even my photographs had been used. Later my phone lines were disconnected And to top it off our web site was taken off line All from responding to a bogus Email.

This sucks almost as bad as finding our stolen Campagnolo equipped Waterford Built Gunner Roadie for sale on Ebay 10 days after it was taken from our shop. Fortunately the guy never took the shop decal off it so it was pretty obvious it was our bike. After numerous dealings with the police and beinged subpoenad to court 3 times we got the bike back.

All appears OK for now but I have new Email

Secondly I have a new Email address for VELOHAUS jonnymodolo2@yahoo.com
