I brought up the "city code" issue yesterday, when asking if any examples of Pela's work existed. I was unaware that he was a Masi contract builder, so I simply asked what code represented his work. In doing this, I wrongly assumed that the "city code" issue was established as fact, but it turns out that this is not so. On my end, I am more than happy to drop this particular line of discussion immediately. As far as Pela goes, I've emailed Irio Tommasini for more info on Pela, including if he has any examples of Pela's work, so we'll see if he responds.
