Gentlefolks - I've been a CRer for a month or so and have chaffed to learn more or anything the whens and whereabouts of a 'cirque' and a 'velo-gathering-of-some-sort' (like the one held recently in Pasadena). I know that such will occur again but not when or where. Tips please? Thanks!
