24" c-t reynolds 531 raleigh carlton competition bare frame /no drop out adjuster screws. huret drop outs. and fork with head set.. black with chrome stays and fork tips sloping fork crown. chrome pretty good and paint has usual scrathes. i see no frame damage. decals all present and really decent.. serial number wb5005845 probably 60s or early 70s $250.00 plus shipping.
