This might be of interest a Claud Butler USWB tandem on ebay for sale. At a guess this looks like a C.B. Ranger Tandem model dating form the late 1940's. I am no expert but the fork rake looks to be Ranger and not USWB which was a lot steeper and racier . All of the Rangers I have seen were of lugless construction but I think they made a lugged version as well?
Perhaps one of the CB experts on the list will take a look an venture an opinion. Appears to have its original chainsets and extension (stem) plus you are getting some great campag large flange hubs.
